We had a double room which was neat and airy. The best part of our really nice stay was the delicious and sensational breakfast. The hotel had a great location only a short distance to Cultural Museum.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the helpful and friendly staff, who were always available and spoke good English. the hotel was clean and comfortable, with amenities like a kettle, free water, and room service. I also enjoyed the little pool and the free bikes provided, which made sightseeing extra special. the good WiFi was a bonus.

This hotel offers great value for money! The prices are affordable for what you get - a room with a beautiful view of the mountains and a good view. Another bonus is the included breakfast, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

That the WiFi kept disconnecting, but it quickly reconnects and works fine, just a bit slow at times.

I had a wonderful stay at Immana Grand Inle. The staff were always so kind and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations. The hotel also had a lovely garden with a bar for food and cocktails. I loved that they offered free bike rentals, and they even helped us book a boat trip and an overnight bus. The Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and often disconnected, which was frustrating. the noise level in the hotel was also an issue, with dogs barking loudly during the night and disturbing our sleep.
